Produced by the pressing of a field blend of Biancolilla, Cerasuola, and Nocellara olives at our olive press in Menfi, southwest Sicily, this medium-fruity olive oil features a distinctive note of fresh olives and delicate lemon blossom with a green and peppery taste.
Like all our olive oils, it boasts very low acidity and is exceptionally rich in natural polyphenols.
