Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oilbox

The 2024 harvest is ready to be bottled and shipped. It is grassy, beautifully peppery and absolutely delicious.

If you love olive oil, you do not want it to spoil, reason why back in the early 90s we introduced the bag-in-box and named it the Oilbox. Its vacuum packaging protects it from light and oxygen maintaining intact its grassy flavour and peppery aftertaste.

It is our favorite packaging, the one we use in our kitchens. We hope you will adopt it too.

The RAVIDA Oilbox is filled with our House Blend, a medium fruity olive oil with a definite note of fresh olives on the nose, green and peppery in taste. Like all our olive oils it has very low acidity and is exceptionally rich in natural polyphenols. It has been praised for its elegance and long-lasting finish, as ‘one of the best olive oils in the world’*. (*Food Channel, USA)

Enjoy it every day to elevate  the humblest of ingredients to new levels. We recommend seasoning it with one of our Sicilian salts, natural or with herbs.
