SHIPPING TIME

To ensure greater freshness, RAVIDÀ products are bottled upon receipt of the order.Thus, depending on the size of the order, the preparation time of the goods can vary from 3 to 5 working days from the date of the order.
In the event the products selected in the cart have different shipping times, the shipping times will be those of the product with the longest shipping time.

 

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times are those indicated by the carrier: usually from 3 to 5 working days for national shipments and from 3 to 10 working days for international shipments.
Deliveries are made exclusively on working days, from Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 9 to 18.

SHIPPING FEES

We also ship a single product. The contribution, calculated at the time of purchase, is of € 5.90 (insurance fees included) for Italy, € 14.90 (insurance included) for Europe; € 45 (insurance fees and customs included) for Switzerland and Norway. For all other countries € 70 (insurance fees and customs included) up to 10kg and € 150 (insurance and customs fees included) up to 40kg.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Except for buyers acting for purposes relating to their trade, business or profession, shipping costs are free for orders over the amount of € 150 in Italy and in all European Union countries, including Great Britain.

 

GUARANTEED TRANSPORT SERVICE

All shipments are covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in the event of breakage, theft or loss during the transport of the order.

 

ANTI-BREAKING PACKAGING

All RAVIDÀ products are shipped exclusively with packaging structure suitable for carrier shipments.
